We want your Live Flowell order to reach you quickly and safely. Here is everything you need to know.

Delivery within Singapore

S$90 and above	FREE	2–4 business days
Below S$90	S$6.00	2–4 business days
Express delivery	S$15.00	1–2 business days

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During promotional periods or new launches, processing may take up to 3 business days. We will notify you by email if there is any delay.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website.

If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@liveflowell.com.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Singapore only.

We would love to reach further, and we are working on it. Join our mailing list and we will let you know the moment international delivery opens.

Packaging

All orders are carefully packed to ensure products arrive intact. Fragile items such as glass vials are bubble-wrapped. We use eco-conscious packaging where possible.
