What is freeze-dried powder and how is it different from a regular serum?

A regular serum is water-based. The moment water is added to a formula in the factory, active ingredients begin degrading. By the time a liquid serum reaches your bathroom, it may be working at 40–60% of its claimed strength.

RIUE’s Lyophilized Powder removes all water at −40°C, locking active ingredients at 95%+ potency in crystalline form. You activate it yourself at the moment of use — maximum potency, every single time. It absorbs 3–5× faster than a liquid serum.

Why does my skin feel tight after using the powder?

This is normal — and actually a sign it is working. The powder repairs at such speed that your skin’s moisture supply temporarily cannot keep up with the repair pace. It is not the powder drying your skin out.

The solution: always follow the powder with the RIUE Deep Moisturizing Facial Mask to replenish moisture. The recommended routine is: Powder → Face Mask → Repair Ampoule → Moisturising Cream.

Is this safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. RIUE products are specifically formulated for sensitive, acne-prone and reactive skin. The formula is 8-free: no alcohol, no hormones, no fragrance, no heavy metals, no talc, no harmful bacteria, no animal ingredients, and no formaldehyde releasers. Safety score 4.9/5.

Where are the products sourced from?

RIUE skincare is developed in China in collaboration with Jinan University, one of China’s leading dermatology research institutions. RIUE holds 3 Chinese national patents.

We personally vet every product before carrying it. If we cannot explain why it works with real data, we do not sell it.

What is the recommended routine?

Daily routine: RIUE Freeze-Dried Powder → RIUE Deep Moisturizing Facial Mask (2–3× per week) → RIUE Repair Ampoule → RIUE Multi-Repair Cream

Use the powder first — it clears skin absorption channels so every product that follows works more effectively.

How many vials are in each set and how long does it last?

Each set contains 30 powder vials + 30 activating liquid vials. For daily use, one set lasts approximately 30 days.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within Singapore takes 2–4 business days after your order is processed. Express delivery takes 1–2 business days. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard delivery on all Singapore orders S$90 and above. Orders below S$90 are charged a flat S$6.00. Express delivery is available at S$15.00.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently deliver within Singapore only. We would love to reach further and we are working on it. Join our mailing list and we will let you know the moment international delivery opens.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unopened and in original packaging. Please see our Returns Policy page for full details.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Please contact us at hello@liveflowell.com with your order number and a photo within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will replace or refund damaged items immediately.
